First Custom Order on Etsy! 10/08/2018 I worked with a customer on an Etsy “custom order” for the first time. It was awesome!!! : ) It had started as a Convo (conversation thru the etsy website) about one of my products that I was out of stock on. Once we agreed on the product she wanted, what I could provide, and the price, I just clicked “create custom order” from our conversation. I then made a private listing with most of the same fields you see on my etsy shop. When I “published” it, she was sent a private convo to look at
